YOGURT AND DILL SAUCE

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain vegan yogurt

  • 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayo

  • 1 small cucumber finely diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon pickle brine

  • 1 tablespoon diced fresh dill

  • 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder

 

RECIPE - SERVES 4-6

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of plain vegan yogurt and 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese until smooth

  2. Mix in 1 tablespoon of vegan mayo, 1 small finely diced cucumber, 1/2 teaspoon of pickle brine, 1 tablespoon diced fresh dill, and 1/4 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
